Project Paws to Home is dedicated to supporting the well-being of homeless animals in our community. By partnering with local initiatives, we strive to provide essential resources and advocacy to ensure every pet finds the loving home they deserve.
Our Partners
Furkids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and is the largest cage-free, no-kill shelter in the Southeast for rescued cats, as well as a dedicated no-kill division for dogs. Founded in 2002, Furkids has rescued and altered more than 75,000 animals.
LifeLine Animal Project is the largest animal welfare organization in Georgia and is the primary force working to end the euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals in Atlanta’s county shelters. They manage both Fulton County Animal Services and DeKalb County Animal Services.
Project Paws to Home is driven by the National Junior Beta Club motto, "Let Us Lead by Serving Others." As 8th-grade students, our purpose is to transform our passion for animal welfare into meaningful community action by supporting the life-saving work of Furkids and LifeLine. We believe that leadership starts with compassion, and through this initiative, we aim to provide essential funding to shelters while proving that students can be a powerful voice for animals in need. By bridging the gap between our community and local rescues, we are developing our character and leadership skills to ensure every pet finds the path to a forever home.
